    • Dewatering works completed
    • Piling works complete

    Phase 2 - Main Work Stream (In Progress)

    • Foundation works completed

    • Substructure waterproofing works completed
    • Raft floor and pile caps completed
    • Basement columns completed
    • Ground floor slab works progressing 90% completed
    • Ground floor columns underway, currently 50% completed
    • Mezzanine and swimming pool floor works commenced
    • Initial MEP wor commenced.
